So, I tend to be horribly inconsistent with this type of communication, though an occasional something is better than nothing at all....
So, I'm in Denver. Finally recovered from the holidays. It was really great to see everyone in AA and introduce Hayley to everyone. Whirlwind tour, but it was really great for me. I think Hayley enjoyed the time too, even if it was a bit overwhelming.
The rest of the holidays were crazy. Brother got home from Iraq (yay!). That whole situation has me pretty conflicted. Anyways, another brother graduated from CU-Boulder just before Christmas. Got to see family again, which was nice. Somehow managed to do that, and take care of all the Christmas stuff that was going on out here. NYE was really great. Nice change from the immediately preceding holiday. Nothing spectacular really. Went out with a small bunch of people from the general Denver area, ended the evening sharing a nice stumble back home with Hayley, Andy and Gulliver.
Had a another birthday in January. The more of those that happen, the less import they seem to have for me personally. They do serve as a good marking point though.
Building a new computer finally (It's been 4 years, damn...)
Guess that's all for now, time to catch a night-cap at a jazz bar down the street...
